While not quite at the same level as their newest release The Purple Skull, this album is very solid in its own right. They are the best Italian doom band in my opinion, and that is saying something at the present time. Mike Henson

Monje bring the filth, and the pain on this record.Simmering their discontent and animosity thru the opening tracks only to drop their guard and obliterate any sense of decorum you may have held. Fat riffs, fat lips and fat beats do these devilish fiends seek. What Monje want, Monje get!! Justin@BlindMouse

OMG, late to the party but this is some of the best occult infused doom stoner tackle I've ever heard. Reference points include Sabbath (obvs), especially with the Ozzy-esque vocals but there's also the melodiousness of early Heep mixing with a more contemporary occult rock sound. It starts in the 70's and makes it to the present day. The riffs are huge but it's their way with a hook that elevates this from your average doom/stoner fare. Very wonderful indeed! egg-magoo
